Nera Montoro, Italien, 08. Juli 2025 – Die Exolon Group übernimmt das AkyVer®-Polycarbonatplattensortiment von Corplex (Kaysersberg / France). Die Unterzeichnung der Vereinbarung fand am 2. Juli 2025 statt, der Abschluss der Transaktion ist für Mitte August geplant.

Im Rahmen der Akquisition übernimmt die auf die Extrusion von Kunststoffplatten spezialisierte Exolon Group die Vermögenswerte, Markenrechte, Vertriebsaktivitäten und das geistige Eigentum - einschließlich der Produkt- und Patentrechte - im Zusammenhang mit der Marke AkyVer®.

Die Produkte umfassen Polycarbonat Stegplatten (AkyVer® Sun Type), Paneele (AkyVer® Paneele) sowie Polycarbonat Stegplatten Systeme (AkyVer® Connect / Prime). Zukünftig werden die Produkte im Werk der Exolon Group S.p.A. in Nera Montoro, Italien produziert.

Die Produkte ergänzen das bestehende Sortiment der Exolon Group perfekt und werden primär im Baubereich eingesetzt. Mit dem Zukauf wird die Exolon Group ihr Geschäft als mittelständisches, hochflexibles Unternehmen mit starker Kundenorientierung stärken.

Für Corplex steht der Verkauf im Einklang mit der strategischen Entscheidung, sich auf das Kerngeschäft zu konzentrieren: die Extrusion von Polypropylenplatten und deren Weiterverarbeitung zu maßgeschneiderten Anwendungen, die den sich wandelnden Anforderungen der Kunden in den Bereichen Logistik, Industrieverpackungen und wiederverwendbare Transportlösungen gerecht werden.
