At Exolon Group, we develop, produce and market high-quality extruded plastic sheet solutions that are used in industries ranging from construction and mobility to machinery and lighting applications. To strengthen our position in the DACH market, we are looking for a driven Key Account Manager who enjoys growing existing business while creating new opportunities. 

What will you do?

• Build and grow long-term relationships with customers and distribution partners
• Identify and develop new business opportunities across the DACH region
• Provide commercial and technical support to customers and distributors
• Introduce innovative product solutions and train sales teams of distribution partners
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer needs
• Represent Exolon Group at trade fairs and customer events across the region 

What are we looking for?

• Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally through distribution channels
• Strong commercial drive combined with technical affinity
• Native German speaker with professional English skills
• Experience in industrial markets such as construction, manufacturing, technical products or plastics
• Knowledge of extruded plastic sheets or plastics is an advantage
• A self-starter who enjoys ownership, customer interaction and delivering results
