Prevent Corona Infections with Solid and Multiwall Sheets

Always on the Safe Side

The global COVID-19 pandemic is affecting our daily lives. We need to learn to live with it and explore new ways of handling it both professionally and privately. Polycarbonate, PET, PETG solid and multiwall sheets from Makrolon®, Vivak® and Axpet® brands help to minimise viral infection.

Minimise the risk of being infected...

......in public spaces, open spaces, hospitals, restaurants, offices or supermarkets. Reduce the risk of infection by utilising protective glazing, intermediate walls and partition walls, face shields made from the Exolon Group's solid or multiwall sheets.

Safe through the Corona Pandemic

All our materials have been awarded a good fire classification according to DIN EN 13501-1 and are therefore suitable for applications in internal areas. Due to the high impact resistance of polycarbonate, you get a material that is virtually unbreakable.

Easy and fast processing

Drilling, sawing, milling, cutting or punching. The sheet material can be easily machined and prepared using commercially available tools. Solid sheets can be thermoformed or deep-drawn depending on the type of material. Please do not hesitate to contact us.

Cleaning with commercially available agents

All you need is a soft, clean sponge and lukewarm water containing a mild soap or neutral or slightly alkaline cleaning agent. Always rinse well with clean water after cleaning. We recommend using products based on ethanol or 2-propanol hydrogen peroxide for disinfection purposes. When compared to other plastics, such as PMMA, our products are resistant to these chemicals.
